Following the successful acquisition of an office building on Bay Road in Melbourne, Australia. We are pleased to announce that ZACD is currently working with the property’s tenant ‘iSelect’ to increase its occupancy density to accommodate an additional 78 pax to the current three-storey office building, bringing its current occupancy numbers up from 591 to 669.
As the demand for additional office spaces will continue to increase to meet with the rapid growth rate for a tech company, ZACD will continue to support its growth by working closely with iSelect to form an ‘iSelect hub’ on the property. The ‘iSelect hub’ at 294 Bay Road also aims to gather all iSelect staff across Melbourne back to its Bay road’s headquarters.
