Nestled in the Woodlands region, this industrial development is set to benefit from the government’s plan to rejuvenate the area and to establish Woodlands Regional Centre as Singapore’s Northern Gateway. The URA’s Master Plan has earmarked the area as part of an exciting new growth cluster, with the Thomson MRT line providing a direct connection to the city centre and hosting an interchange station with the future cross-border rail service to Johor Bahru.
