Mr. Yeo is the founder of ZACD and the co-founder of SLP International. He has been actively investing in and shaping the Industrial Property Development sector in Singapore for over 10 years. He has transacted over $1 billion in project sales alone.
Notable projects in which Stanley has been actively involved include Penjuru Tech Hub, which generated over 400% returns within 2 years. The Alexcier, which pioneered proximity of industrial property to the CBD and featured lifestyle elements, had its value double from launch to completion within 2 years. Northstar@AMK which was 90% sold within 10 months of launch, generated a return on equity of 1197%, a record in Singapore’s industrial property market.
Stanley is driven by a passion for helping the less fortunate. He is active in charitable causes and was recently awarded the Public Service Medal in 2015 by the President of Singapore for his contributions to society.
Ms. Sim is the co-founder of SLP International and Chairman of ZACD, Kain has been actively involved in the management and operations of the group since its inception.
Previously she helped to establish the International Projects Marketing team at HSR and then went on to serve as Associate Director at Colliers International, selling a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial and retail properties from Australia and the UK to Asian investors.
Kain established a solid track record in International Property Investments with over SGD 1 billion of sales closed within 5 years.
Inspired by the late Minister Mentor Lee Kuan Yew, she is now focused on growing the business regionally based on Singaporean values such as excellence and integrity.
Mr. Siew has close to 15 years of experience working across corporate finance, M&A, accounting and audit. Having started his professional career as a qualified Chartered Accountant in London, Chen has over the years worked for KPMG and AmInvestment Bank in Malaysia, Nomura Securities and Canaccord Genuity in Hong Kong.
His core technical expertise is corporate finance and accounting, and has strong experiences in executing complex corporate transactions and fundraisings serving both Asian and international clients.
Chen holds an MBA degree from the London Business School, UK and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Financial Analysis from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, UK.
He is also an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, UK, and a Chartered Accountant (C.A.(M)) with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants
Mr. Mak has close to 20 years of working experience in the real estate industry and has held various positions, chiefly in the areas of research, consultancy, and business development.
He was previously the Head of the Research & Consultancy Department in Chesterton International and Knight Frank. He was also a lecturer in the real estate faculty of Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
Nicholas has provided real estate advisory services to major organizations such as the Singapore Government, real estate funds, developers, and financial institutions. In addition, his views and extensive commentaries are also often sought after and quoted by the media.
Nicholas has also spoken extensively at many seminars on various aspects of the real estate market. Nicholas graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a degree majoring in Economics and Finance. He has also attained the Master of Science in Real Estate from the National University of Singapore.
Mr Han has more than 10 years of experience in real estate including investment, research and consultancy.
Prior to joining ZACD, he was an investment manager for Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management Ltd, the Manager of Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT), where he was a key member of the investment team and responsible for growing and enhancing FCT’s investment portfolio in Singapore and the region. While at Frasers, Mr Han was actively involved in the acquisitions of shopping malls and greenfield project for FCT and the sponsor with a total value of more than $1.7 billion.
Prior to Frasers, Mr Han was with Realm Capital, a real estate private equity firm, where he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and executing investment and development opportunities in Asia. He has also held investment and research positions at Jones Lang LaSalle and Knight Frank.
Mr Han holds a Bachelor of Science (Real Estate) (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
Mr. Choi brings over 24 years of Banking, Relationship Management and Corporate Governance experience. He specialises in wealth management that includes investment advisory, portfolio management and treasury solutions. Jerald being a veteran of the financial services industry in North East Asia is known for his ability to design, build and execute sustainable wealth management platforms for the financial institutions he served in.
Jerald was last, Head of Wealth Management, Greater China at East West Bank, Hong Kong, a U.S Bank that operates 130 branches in U.S and Greater China, where he and his team designed and delivered superior wealth management solutions that catered for high net worth individuals, families and businesses. Prior to that, He has held senior investment advisory and portfolio management positions in private banking sectors of Credit Suisse AG, Standard Chartered Bank and Deutsche Bank Hong Kong where he led the Investment Advisory Unit for product management and investment portfolio solutions with full compliance adherence in Hong Kong. He also enhanced the whole investment products services platform for EFG Bank, Asia Pacific where he widened the full gamut of products scope to become a full range products provider.
Jerald will be responsible for building and enhancing the Group's corporate governance and compliance platform, our fund management operations, investment advisory as well as treasury.
Jerald holds a Master of Arts in Economics at the University of Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
Mr. Wang heads ZACD’s Fund Distribution unit and through his ten years of investment experience, has built an extensive network of SMEs and high net-worth individuals.
Prior to joining ZACD in July 2015, Mr. Wang worked in a Business Development role in a family office, Wang and Lee Investments which invests in industrial units and other private equity projects. He also runs his own business in wellness and fitness.
He graduated with a Degree in Business Management from Boston University with a dual concentration in International Management and Finance.
After graduating, Keith worked as an analyst in ST Asset Management, an Asian investment house under Temasek Holdings.
Mr Oh is a business development and project management leader with close to 20 years of experience.
Mark started his career with JTC corporation where he participated in iconic projects like the One North Development and specialised in the petrol- chemical sector. He was appointed as Business Development Director, heading JTC’s office in Doha, Qatar. During this period, he started the Doha office and was instrumental in securing the Egypt Industrial City project funded by the Qatari government. In his 3 years in the Middle East, Mark has secured more than USD$20 million in consultancy projects.
Prior to joining ZACD Group, Mark was with STB and started a joint venture company dealing in energy saving systems. Eventually, he has developed Singapore’s first Large Childcare Centre in Punggol which caters to 500 children.
He also is a graduate from the National University of Singapore’s School of Building and Estate Management with an Honours degree in Real Estate.
Ms. Tan has over 11 years of experience in the field of real estate management. She is conversant in Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act, organizing and conducting MCST Annual General Meetings and Extra-Ordinary General Meetings, Defect Identification, Leases Renewal and Handing/Taking over of properties.
Jocelyn has great experience in residential, industrial and commercial property management, her portfolio includes Anson House, Keypoint, Grangeford, The Gardens @ Bishan, Seletaris, 50 Kallang Pudding, King Albert Park, Sims Residences, National Arts Council Arts Housing, MOE School, The Baycourt, The Capri, Nouvelle Park, 700 Beach and others. Asset Management Units include The Arc At Draycott, St Regis, Cuscaden Residents, Central, Infinia, Raintree, Visioncrest, Parc Emily, Orchard Scotts, and Duxton Hill).
Jocelyn had obtained her Bachelor of Business (Property) from University of South Australia and her certificate in Property Management and Facilities Maintenance from Singapore Poly. She is a member of Association for Property and Facility Manager. She is also certified in CERT.
She is currently taking her MBA.
Ms. Chan has 11 years sales and marketing experience with local residential projects. Previously with Knight Frank and Propnex, she has also marketed Commercial and Industrial space and has worked closely with Developers such as Keppel Land, CDL, Frasers Centrepoint, World Class Land and OUE.
Her expertise includes doing feasibility studies for land tenders, advising developers on the unit mix, theme, landscape, feasibility of each layout, and finishes and fittings. Planning, developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Working with interior design firms to conceptualise and sales galleries and show flats.
She has also advised developers on their pricing strategies from setting base price, variants and launch prices, and adjustments post launch. During project sales, she has had oversight of the operation and administration of the entire sales process.
Mr. Baur brings over 18 years of experience in legal and corporate finance advisory. He is an experienced corporate finance and capital markets professional, with experience in both the United States and Asia. He was a Managing Director with Canaccord Genuity, a leading Canadian investment banking firm, and HSBC, one of the world’s largest banks, based in Hong Kong.
Prior to that, Darin was a Director at Citigroup, both in Hong Kong and the United States where he originated and executed a wide range of international investment banking transactions, participating at every level of coverage and execution teams. He has advised some of the largest corporations and financial investors on a variety of M&A and capital raising transactions, and worked with companies throughout Asia and the emerging markets.
Prior to investment banking, Darin was a corporate attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, one of the world’s largest law firms. He has a B.A. from Albion College in the U.S., and a J.D. from the Harvard University Law School.
Mr. Chng serves as head of Business Operations at ZACD Group where he is responsible for managing the overall operations, in particular pertaining to the fund management business of the Group. He has held positions in business development, planning and strategy where he continuously supports ZACD’s strategic development to become a regional investment strategist through building upon the successful track record of private equity investments to offering integrated solutions across the real estate value chain.
He was heavily involved in designing and implementing ZACD’s operations. This encompasses the activities of fund administration, investor relations, compliance and risk management.
Mr. Chng holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Macquarie University Australia and served in the Singapore Armoured Regiment as an Armour Officer.
Mr. Ng heads up the IT services department where he is responsible for overseeing the entire group’s IT needs as well as ensuring a compliant network and infrastructure system in accordance with MAS guidelines.
Mr. Ng has taken up roles in various areas of technology services and is especially passionate in digital innovations. In his previous roles, he has successfully streamlined processes for businesses through implementing digital initiatives. Mr. Ng has strong IT project management and business analysis skills seeing through over 10 digital solution projects over the years.
Mr. Ng graduated from The Australian National University with a Bachelor of Information Technology with honours.
Established the first private equity real estate fund, namely the ARO II Fund
ARO II is a close-ended real estate private equity general purpose fund targeting quality assets and developments located across the Asia-Pacific region for risk diversification. The fund objective is to provide investors an attractive and stable income with the potential for capital growth, by maximising total returns on capital for investors through investing in a mixed portfolio of income producing assets.

Established new private equity real estate fund, namely BBW6 Fund
BBW6 Fund is a close-ended real estate single purpose private equity fund investing into a mixed-use development located at Bukit Batok West Avenue 6 consisting of approximately 425 residential units and 6,000 sqm of commercial space. The BBW6 Fund holds approximately a 12.0% stake in the said property.

Pollux Tower is a leasehold residential development with approximately 300 strata-title units located in Jalan Perintis, Mega Kuningan, Indonesia. ZACD joint ventured with Pollux Indonesia, in order to participate in the development of Pollux Tower. The development is strategically situated in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta’s latest commercial area with many shopping and entertainment options.

Frontier Industrial Park
First overseas industrial development; a joint venture partnership with WB Land. Frontier Industrial Park (Phase 2) is an award-winning industrial development located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. ZACD joint ventured with WB Land Sdn Bhd to develop Phase 2 of Frontier Industrial Park, which was named best industrial development in Malaysia at the Asia Pacific Property Awards in May 2014. The development comprises 88 semi-detached and detached factories as well as a recreational park.

In pursuit of capturing global opportunities for its clients, the group is embarking on its expansion into the Asia-Pacific region. Key strategies include further expanding our investment management business by widening our investor network and to enhance our deal sourcing capabilities.
Our Founders, Mr. Yeo and Ms Sim seized the opportunity in 2003 where they founded SLP International Property Consultants (“SLP International”).
Building on this foundation, Mr. Yeo and Ms Sim saw that there was huge potential in Singapore’s real estate development scene and in 2005, ZACD Investments was established to invest jointly with developers into developments.
As ZACD’s reputation grew, ZACD worked with more developers in joint venture partnerships and subsequently increased its stakes in such projects. Thus, besides enhancing our financial base, there was a need to provide value-added expertise in the entire development process and in January 2011, ZACD’s real estate development project consultancy and management firm, ZACD International, was established. ZACD provides a range of consultancy services that ranges from advising on land tender strategies and unit mix, design and layout of real estate projects, and advising on market positioning of property developments, sale launches, including handover and property defects management services. Our clients include real estate developers, MCSTs as well as property owners. ZACD’s commitment to deliver professional and innovative real estate solutions, coupled with an emphasis on trust and forming strong partnerships assisted developers such as Qingjian, a Chinese firm engaged in the property development and construction business, to establish a resounding presence in the Executive Condominium market.
After achieving satisfactory investment returns for our investors from our projects, many investors approached ZACD for consultations and knowledge on investing in the Singapore property market. ZACD was able to harness an ever-growing pool of accredited investors who shared a common investment philosophy set by Mr. Yeo. ZACD’s main focus was to share win-win investment opportunities largely based on real estate with the core objective of growing the clients’ wealth and enabling them to be informed partners rather than passive investors. As ZACD’s pool of investors grew, Mr. Yeo aspired to professionalise the investment management platform. Hence, in October 2011, ZACD’s investment management unit, ZACD Capital, was established. It has since grown from a Registered Fund Management Company in November 2012 to obtaining the Capital Markets Services license for Fund Management issued by MAS in September 2016.
To further extend ZACD’s suite of real estate services beyond that of consultancy and management of development projects, ZACD POSH was established in November 2016 to cater to the needs of the developed assets and its end users. As such, ZACD POSH provides specialised property management and asset management services which includes maintenance management services, accounting and financial services, administrative services, property maintenance work, rental management, lease advisory services and tenants care management.
In pursuit of capturing global opportunities for our clients, ZACD embarked on its Asia Pacific expansion with the commencement of its business in Hong Kong in February 2017, after obtaining licences to conduct Type 1(dealing in securities), Type 4 (advising on securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities under the SFO to develop our marketing and distribution network and fundraising efforts and develop our corporate financial advisory business in Hong Kong.
