Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to provide support services for all IT infrastructure and hardware within the company both locally and regionally
  • Work with IT team or vendor to pilot and roll out new infrastructure initiative
  • Maintain incident/support report list and the expected delivery date for each of the item in the list.
  • Ensure incidents and support request are dealt with timely. Implement and ensure disaster recovery plan and business continuity plan are in place and be ready to execute plan when need arises
  • Ensure the overall IT department’s strategies are aligned with the business objectives
  • Show leadership in the management of IT department demonstrating strength in staffing, training and budgeting.
  • Able to work closely and strategically with vendors and application teams to maintain system stability and availability
  • Ensure IT services availability and performance are kept up with the agreed SLAs
Requirements:

  • Preferably Degree in Information Technology with 2-5 years of relevant working experience. Candidates who has demonstrated the required working experiences will be considered.
  • Experienced in managing IT and Networking infrastructure and disaster recovery.
  • Working knowledge of IT products such as Avaya, Veam, VMware, MS Server 2008/2012, Ubuntu and SQL
  • Knowledge of ITIL V3, certification is preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation and have an inherent sense of urgency and attention to details for resolving issues
  • Experienced in level 1 and 2 support
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership and good communication skill.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Being the focal point of contact, you will be responsible for the overall operations and property management matters for the assigned properties, as well as preparation of budgeting and reports for MCST & TOP Projects.
  • You will engage actively in the tenant and occupier management, as well as supervision of vendors and service providers.
  • Coordinate work schedule(s) for building supervisor, fire safety manager and/or technician(s) assigned to the respective properties.
  • You will also conduct regular routine checks and recommend preventive measures on building structures, surrounding areas, mechanical & electrical equipment when required.
  • Managing facilities and its bookings and facilitate its’ maintenance.
  • Organise activities and put up decorations during major festive occasions.
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Property Development/Real Estate Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Able to work on Saturdays.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and maintain residential site as assigned.
  • Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds to ensure effective management of the recreation facilities, common areas including car parks, landscape areas and all M&E plants, fixtures and fittings.
  • Responsible for other essential services and functions ranging from administrative, operations to finances relating to property management.
  • Prepare and issue Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders for procurements including renewal of term contracts.
  • Arrange and attend regular meetings with key service providers, vendors/contractors and Council Members, prepare or review minutes of meetings and follow on outstanding matters or course of actions.
  • Ensure high level of security, cleanliness and housekeeping within the estate. Evaluate term contractors’ performance and make recommendation(s) for improvement.
  • Ensure warranties, guaranties and defect liabilities are in compliance under the building statutory requirements.
  • Provide essential customer service support to the residents and Subsidiary Proprietors.
  • Ensure all residents’ feedback/enquiries are attended to promptly and efficiently and monies collected are handled with care.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Diploma in Building / Facilities Management, Estate Management, Engineering or Higher NITEC in Facilities Management or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in facilities and property management.
  • Experience in MCST environment will be an advantage.
  • Experience in Defects Management and Facility Management will be an advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with knowledge of one additional major language commonly used in Singapore.
  • Customer-centric to liaise with the residents, Subsidiary Proprietors and Council Members.
  • Pleasant and approachable, organised, independent, and has the ability to multi-task.
  • Computer literacy

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, with knowledge of one additional major language commonly used in Singapore.
  • Organized, independent, and has the ability to multi-task.
  • Friendly and pleasant disposition.
  • Able to work on weekends as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the division to ensure smooth company operations
  • Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
  • Responsible for office space planning and allocation for the division
  • Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations in line with the Group
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized; correspondence is controlled; filing systems are designed; supply requisitions are reviewed and approved; and that clerical functions are properly assigned and monitored with the Admin department
  • Involved in special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results
  • Prepare meeting and presentation materials for the Director
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
  • Keep abreast with all organizational changes and business developments
  • Assist the divison in all service recovery processes in the event of a failure in the fulfilment of its contractual obligations
  • Any other ad-hoc duties required by the Director
