Our ZACD Acquisitions & Projects arm acquires and operates a diversified portfolio of real estate assets located primarily in the Asia Pacific region. With plans to expand beyond, our focus is on high-yield income assets and development projects that will also have substantial capital gain potential upon divestment through our Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) and detailed design methodology.
ZACD endeavours to source, assess and acquire quality assets in line with a well developed investment strategy to provide superior risk-adjusted returns to our investors. Our portfolio currently spans across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia, with assets in the United Kingdom, Japan and China in the pipeline for future acquisitions.
ZACD ensures that the value of the acquisition is maximised via a detailed and well executed Asset Management Plan and Asset Enhancement initiative, contributing to potentially good returns from the assets before disposal.
ZACD also offers project management services to various levels of clients including property developers and construction contractors. Some of the services we provide include advising on land tender, unit mix, design & layout, market positioning and sales launch.
